konst24 does not sell artwork. Artists are the sellers to their customers. The platform provides software, listings, and communication features. Purchases are directly between artist and buyer.

These terms govern access to and use of konst24 ("the platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

1. The service

Konst24 provides software and infrastructure for discovering artworks, viewing artist profiles, and communication between users.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.

3. Artists and listings

Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and artwork listings. Konst24 is not a party to the sale contract between buyer and artist.

4. Buyers

Purchase and delivery terms are agreed directly between you and the artist.

5. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the platform.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, branding, and software are owned by konst24 or its licensors.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis.

We may update these terms.
